This pandemic threatens everyone, including pregnant women. Several studies have shown that pregnant women have a high enough risk of being infected with COVID-19. This study aims to determine knowledge and attitudes towards COVID-19 prevention behavior in pregnant women in PMB, Jepara Regency. The type of correlational analytic research with the cross-sectional approach. The population of this study was 64 people, with a purposive sampling technique of as many as 64 pregnant women. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. Test Data analysis using Chi-Square with a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that there was a relationship between knowledge and prevention of COVID-19 (p- value 0.001) and there was a relationship between attitude and prevention of COVID-19 (p-value 0.02). Good knowledge and supportive attitudes towards the prevention of COVID-19 will have an impact on the behavior of pregnant women in preventing COVID-19. Improvements in providing counseling can be done by health workers through online class activities for pregnant women.
