ABSTRACT
The COVID-19 infection disease has been declared a global
emergency related to this virus. This pandemic threatens everyone,
including pregnant women. Several studies have shown that
pregnant women have a high enough risk of being infected with
COVID-19. This study aims to determine knowledge and attitudes
towards COVID-19 prevention behavior in pregnant women in
PMB, Jepara Regency. The type of correlational analytic research
with the cross-sectional approach. The population of this study was
64 people, with a purposive sampling technique of as many as 64
pregnant women. The research instrument used was a
questionnaire. Test Data analysis using Chi-Square with a
significance level of 0.05. The results showed that there was a
relationship between knowledge and prevention of COVID-19 (p-
value 0.001) and there was a relationship between attitude and
prevention of COVID-19 (p-value 0.02). Good knowledge and
supportive attitudes towards the prevention of COVID-19 will have
an impact on the behavior of pregnant women in preventing
COVID-19. Improvements in providing counseling can be done by
health workers through online class activities for pregnant women.

INTRODUCTION
Disease COVID-19 Virus Disease ( COVID-19 ) is an infectious disease caused by the
Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome COVID-19 virus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) is no exception

pregnant women. Pregnant women are also among the people most at risk of contracting
COVID-19, so it is necessary to take steps to prevent transmission of COVID-19. This can be
done by way of maternal health protocols adhere them to the men's maintain a distance, wear
a mask and men washing hands under running water with soap. During the COVID-19
pandemic, almost all routine services, including maternal and neonatal health services, were
restricted. Pregnant to be sure to come to the clinic or facility other health services for fear of
contagion, other than that the suggestion to postpone the examination of pregnancy and class
pregnant women, as well as the service experience unpreparedness, intellectually I in terms of
