Bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan yaitu melalui pelatihan unjuk kerja (workshop) yang melibatkan guru SD se- Kecamatan Kedunggalar Ngawi. Sebagai bentuk pengukuran ketercapaian atau kebermanfaatan pengabdian maka dilakukan analisis kepuasan peserta dengan menggunakan angket dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Indikator kepuasan peserta merujuk pada responsiveness, reliability, empathy, assurance, tangible. Kelima indikator tersebut memberikan hasil yang positif. Berdasarkan hasil angket menunjukkan bahwa peserta workshop sangat puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan. Hal tersebut menjelaskan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan memberikan kebermanfaatan kepada masyarakat sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Kata kunci : workshop, analisis kepuasan, karya ilmiah, RATER ABSTRACT Writing scientific papers in the world of education is very important. The form of community service carried out is through performance training (workshops) involving elementary school teachers throughout the Kedunggalar District, Ngawi. As a form of measuring the achievement or usefulness of service, an analysis of participant satisfaction was carried out using a questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. Participants' satisfaction indicators refer to responsiveness, reliability, empathy, assurance, tangible. The five indicators gave positive results. Based on the results of the questionnaire showed that the workshop participants were very satisfied with the services provided.
