A person who never received religious education during his time will not feel the importance of religion in his life in his adult life. Vice versa, people who at that time had a religious experience, such as fathers and mothers who knew the religious and social environment and their colleagues also carried out religious lives, coupled with religious education, deliberately carried out at home, school, and society. So naturally people will tend to live according to religious rules, be accustomed to worship, be afraid of stepping over religious prohibitions, and feel the joy of religious life. The more religious experience there is (by religious teachings) and the more religious elements there are, the more attitudes, actions, behaviors, and ways of managing life will be in harmony with religious teachings. Correct religious realization from parents will become a religious priority for their children in the future. This is confirmed because it is found in the holy books of all religions, which contain many verses regarding a person's mental processes due to the influence of religion. Therefore, the focus of this article is to discuss the development of the religious spirit of children aged 8-10 years. The research method used is qualitative and also through the results of library research and using a case study approach.
