Thanks to this contributions, there will be high qualified education studies which will effect initially the students, academic success, and as a result education system. Taking into account, especially for the problems that have in their first years, it is accepted that an important transition phase preparing newly appointed school administrators’ for their new positions mentored by senior principals (Kocabaş ve Yirci, 2010). From this point, to help newly appointed administrators to solve their problems effectively and accurately, this study aims whether the program is applicable in Turkey for the principals to become a mentor principal.
