EFFECTIVENESS EVALUATION INDICATORS OF ORGANIZATIONAL E-LEARNING COURSES G. Shams, M. Zareisaroukolaei Shahid Beheshti University (IRAN) Abstract In the era of Covid-19, the fundamental and important evolution that happened in the training and development of human resources in organizations was the transformation of the training method from face-to-face to electronic. Therefore, most organizations not only will not reduce e-learning courses even in the post-Covid-19 era to train and develop their employees, but also because of the availability of the necessary infrastructure and facilities, more than ever, they will benefit from e-learning courses to train and develop their human resources. Therefore, what is very important for the organization and especially the human resources managers and will be more in the future, is the evaluation of the effectiveness of the e-learning courses implemented for the training and development of human resources. Because with the evaluation, it can be determined that the organized course has reached its objective, and in that direction, the organization's objective has also been achieved. For each type of training evaluation, depending on the objective and type of training, several factors are taken into consideration by the evaluator. One of the key factors by which course effectiveness is evaluated and even measured is trainee satisfaction with e-learning courses. This means that if the trainee satisfaction with the held electronic course is high, the course is evaluated as effective, and if the trainee satisfaction with the course is not high, the course is not effective. Hence, many and different components and indicators play a role in the participant/trainee satisfaction in the electronic course of organizations that in this research, by conducting a systematic review among the journal and conference articles indexed in the Scopus and Web of Science databases between the years 2000 and 2022, the main components of participant/trainee satisfaction in the course electronic organizations were identified. These components include the technical system used in the course, the content presented in the course, educational strategies, course instructor, assessment methods used in the course, and proper planning for holding the course. The results provide an image of the components and indicators related to the effectiveness of e-learning courses in organizations. Evaluators of electronic learning courses in the organization should pay attention to each of these related components and indicators and apply them in the evaluation of electronic courses held in the organization. For this reason, e-learning is used as an educational method for continuous acquisition of knowledge and learning of employees in organizations [2]. Therefore, organizations and companies such as public and higher education use e-learning for the training and learning process of their employees and benefit [3] because e-learning has many benefits for the organization, for example, it reduces the costs of moving employees and holding classes for organizations, and also provides communication between learners and the course instructor [4]. Hence, various forms of e-learning are considered as a common way of training and development in organizations [5]. The use of various technologies in the training and learning of the organization's employees is considered e-learning [6]. One of the issues that has received a lot of attention in the use of e-learning in organizations and has been researched is the evaluation of the effectiveness of e-learning courses held in the organization [7]. Therefore, the effectiveness evaluation components and indicators for these courses have always been considered and investigated in order to answer the questions of human resources and, training and development managers about the effectiveness of the course and the achievement of organizational goals. One of the methods that various studies have used to evaluate the effectiveness of e-learning courses is to check and measure the satisfaction of employees from the course. Because the good and pleasant feeling of the learners plays a role in the feeling of pleasure and interest in the course, which leads to their attention and learning from the course content, which will lead to the realization of the Proceedings of ICERI2022 Conference 7th-9th November 2022 ISBN: 978-84-09-45476-1 8417
