Patients with acute stroke were found to be lacking in protein energy by 16.3 percent - 35 percent. "Supromin" is a modified enteral food made from tempeh, skim milk, and egg white which is expected to increase food intake and improve the lipid profile of stroke patients. This study aims to analyze the effect of "supromin" and commercial formulas on albumin and cholesterol levels in stroke patients. This experimental study employed the pre-test and post- test control group design. Respondents were selected using consecutive random sampling. Data were analyzed using paired – t-tests. After 10 days of treatment, there was an increase in albumin levels of 0.17+0.29 mg/dL (p=0.069) in the group receiving the supromin formula and a decrease in albumin levels of 0.08+0.08 mg/dL (p=0.006) in the group receiving the commercial formula. Supromin formula is effective in reducing cholesterol level 16.58+18.31 mg/dL (p = 0.009). Giving supromin formula increases albumin levels and significantly lowers cholesterol levels in stroke patients. It is necessary to consider the provision of the supromin formula for a longer period. Keywords: albumin, cholesterol, stroke, supromin ABSTRAK Strok menduduki peringkat pertama penyebab kematian di Indonesia , berdasarkan data Riskesdas tahun 2018 prevalensi strok meningkat dari 7 permil menjadi 10,9 permil. Kejadian strok sebagian besar (72,1%) disebabkan karena kadar kolesterol total yang tinggi. Pasien stroke akut ditemukan kekurangan energi protein sebesar 16,3 persen-35 persen. “Supromin” merupakan makanan enteral modifikasi dengan bahan dasar tempe, susu skim dan putih telur diharapkan dapat meningkatkan asupan makan dan memperbaiki profil lipid pasien strok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh pemberian formula “supromin” dan formula komersial terhadap kadar albumin dan kolesterol pasien strok. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental dengan rancangan pre-test dan post-test control group design. Sampel berjumlah 36 reponden yang terbagi dalam 3 kelompok yaitu kelompok kontrol (K), kelompok formula supromin (P1) serta kelompok formula komersial (P2). Penentuan sampel dengan consecutive random sampling, analisa data menggunakan uji paired–t test. Setelah 10 hari perlakuan terjadi peningkatan kadar albumin 0,17±0,29 mg/dL (p=0,069) pada pemberian formula supromin dan penurunan kadar albumin 0,08±0,08 mg/dL (p=0,006) pada pemberian formula komersial. Formula supromin efektif menurunkan kadar kolesterol 16,58±18,31 mg/dL (p =0,009). Pemberian formula supromin meningkatkan kadar albumin dan signifikan menurunkan kadar kolesterol pasien strok.
