The research purpose was to describe the ability of cooperative and the cooperative pattern among students at grade IV and V in Elementary School 2 Rajabasa Bandar Lampung in 2015/2016. This research used simple descriptive design. The sample of the research were fourth grade and fifth grade that were 94 students that chosen by using purposive sampling. The qualitative data were cooperative ability and students cooperative pattern that were obtained from observation sheets, students questionnaire, teacher’s interview, and documentation. Data was analyzed descriptively. The result of the research showed that students cooperative ability in science learning has “high” criteria and the score was 72,23%. Aspect of “obey the rules” was the highest percentage of student’s cooperative ability that was 77,49% with “high” criteria. There were four pattern of students cooperative pattern formed. The dominant cooperative pattern was “spontaneous”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan kerjasama dan pola kerjasama siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA pada siswa kelas IV dan V SD Negeri 2 Rajabasa Bandar Lampung tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Desain penelitian menggunakan desain deskriptif sederhana. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV dan V berjumlah 94 siswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data kualitatif berupa kemampuan kerjasama dan pola kerjasama siswa yang diperoleh dari lembar observasi, angket siswa, wawancara guru, serta dokumentasi, data tersebut kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan kemampuan kerjasama siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA berkriteria “tinggi” dan total skor sebesar 72,23%. Aspek “taat aturan” merupakan aspek kemampuan kerjasama siswa dengan persentase tertinggi yaitu 77,49% berkriteria “tinggi”. Pola kerjasama siswa yang terbentuk terdapat empat pola kerjasama. Pola kerjasama paling dominan yaitu pola kerjasama “spontan”.
