The research method used is survey method with correlation technique. The population of this study is the principal of a sub-district Bagan Sinembah with a sample of 55 principals. The data collection instrument is in the form of questionnaire and objective test. Instrument used to collect data on Relation between Administration Knowledge and Self-efficacy with Principal Decision Making at SD se Kecamatan Bagan Sinembah by using questionnaire. The validity of the grains tested using the Pearson Product Moment formula and the instrument reliability coefficients were calculated using the Cronbach's Alpa formula. The result of the research shows that there is a positive relationship between the knowledge of administration and decision making. With correlation coefficient ry1 = 0,601 and regression equation Y = 74,890 + 1,265X_1. 2) There is a positive relationship between self-efficacy with decision making with correlation coefficient ry2 = 0,600 and regression equation Y = 34,312 + 0,677X_2. 3) There is a positive relationship between administrative knowledge and self-efficacy with decision making with double correlation coefficient and 0.770 and regression equation Y = 24,733 + 0,557X_1 + 〖1,041X〗 _2.
