Therefore, it is very important for an organization, company, government and school to implement a reliable information system in managing the smooth processing of data and helping and increasing the speed of the work done. So far, the library management process at SDN 1 Tanjung Senang is still conventionally not computerized, such as book management reports, librarians record or check the number of books, and other books such as subject books, story books, and others. After that it was made into a school report. the report is only submitted orally and then recorded in the bookkeeping by the treasurer of goods manually. Besides that, the problem is that there is no library membership list. Therefore, the borrowing and returning of books is currently still done manually. And it can result in errors in recording the borrowing of books and returning books by the librarian. With the implementation of a system that can simplify the process in the library using the SliMS acacia 8 (Senayan Library Management System) software as software in library automation. From the results of the analysis and evaluation, it was found that the SliMS software was suitable for use with the results of the questionnaire research obtained from COBIT 5 which found the value for the MEA01 domain with an average of 4.3 and the MEA02 domain with an average of 4.4 with an average gap of 0, 2 from a range of values 0 to 5. With 9 processes MEA01.01, MEA01.02, MEA01.03, MEA01.04, MEA01.05, MEA02.01, MEA02.02, MEA02.03, MEA02.04 with the level being at Managed and Measurable. . Keywords: Library, SliMS acacia 8, System, COBIT 5 Abstrak Era globalisasi ini perkembangan teknologi sangat cepat terutama di bidang sistem informasi setiap perusahaan, organisasi, sekolah, dan pemerintah pastinya membutuhkan peran teknologi informasi dalam keamanan atau pengelolaan data. Oleh sebab itu, sangatlah penting bagi sebuah organisasi, perusahaan, pemerintah dan sekolah untuk menerapkan suatu sistem informasi yang terpercaya dalam mengatur kelancaran proses data serta membantu dan meningkatkan kecepatan perkerjaan yang dilakukan. Selama ini dalam proses manajemen perpustakaan di SDN 1 Tanjung Senang masih secara konvensional belum terkomputerisasi, Seperti hal nya laporan pengelolaan buku, pustakawan mendata atau mengecek jumlah buku, dan buku lainnya seperti buku mata pelajaran, buku cerita, dan lain-lain. Setelah itu dijadikan laporan sekolah. laporan tersebut hanya disampaikan lewat lisan lalu dicatat dipembukuan oleh bendahara barang secara manual. Selain itu permasalahan tidak ada nya daftar keanggota perpustakaan Maka, peminjaman dan pengembalian buku saat ini masih dilakukan secara cara manual. Dan dapat mengakibatkan kesalahan pada pencatatan peminjaman buku dan pengembalian buku oleh pustakawan. Dengan diterapkannya sistem yang dapat mempermudah proses di perpustakaan menggunakan software SliMS akasia 8 (Senayan Library Management System) sebagai perangkat lunak dalam automasi perpustakkan. Dari hasil analisis dan evaluasi yang didapatkan software SliMS layak digunakan dengan hasil hasil Penelitian kuesioner yang didapat dari COBIT 5 mendapati nilai untuk domain MEA01 dengan rata-rata 4,3 dan domain MEA02 dengan rata-rata 4,4 dengan kesenjangan rata-rata 0,2 dari rentang nilai 0 sampai 5. Dengan 9 proses MEA01.01, MEA01.02, MEA01.03, MEA01.04, MEA01.05, MEA02.01, MEA02.02, MEA02.03, MEA02.04 dengan level berada pada Managed and Measurable.
