The effect of increasing population is an increase in the volume of waste. One way to deal with waste is to provide TPS. One of the areas in Indonesia that needs to add TPS facilities is in Sleman Regency (Depok District and Mlati District). The purpose of this research is to find out the population of Depok and Mlati Sub-districts in the next 10 years, to find out the mapping of the location of the Green Open Space area in Depok and Mlati Districts., to know the mapping and determination of TPS3R in Depok and Mlati Districts using a Geographic Information System (GIS) application. The research phase started from determining the sample location of TPS with parameters of distance to built-up land, distance to highway and distance to river. Mapping the suitability of TPS locations using a GIS application. Recommendations for the type of TPS that are suitable for the mapping location using a GIS application. The results of this study are the population of the next 10 years, Depok District is 130,981 people, Mlati District is 100,500 people. Location of Green Open Space in Depok District: Jl. Raya Solo-Yogyakarta Km. 10, Candok. The location of the green open space area in Mlati District: Jl. KRT Pringgodinigrat No. 22, 24, 27, Jl. Sidomulyo, Jl. Cebongan No. 15, Gemawang. The recommended location for the construction of TPS in Sleman Regency (Depok Subdistrict and Mlati District) based on an analysis using Geographic Information Systems are; a) Depok District : Jl. Gambuh 54-34, Mg. Muria, Jl. Wijaya Kusuma, Jl. Citra Kedaton No. 19, Jl. Mataram Sewers, Jl. Melon Mundusaren 12-137, Jl. Mathematics 30-32, Jl. Durmo, Manukan, Jl. Affandi, Gejayan, Jl. Waru, Gejayan, Kayen, Jl. Banyu, Manggung, b) Kecamatan Mlati : Jl. Purbaya, Warak Kidul, Jl. Cebongan 1, Jontungan, Jl. Ketingan, Jl. District No.96, Konden, Sumberadi, Rajeg Wetan, Nambungan, RT.07/RW.31, Cebongan Kidul, Jl. Bajang Reef. Keywords : Depok District, Garbage, GIS, Mlati District,, TPS3R INTISARI Salah satu masalah lingkungan di Indonesia adalah pertumbuhan penduduk. Efek bertambahnya penduduk adalah bertambahnya volume sampah. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi sampah yaitu menyediakan TPS. Salah satu wilayah di Indonesia yang perlu menambah fasilitas TPS berada di Kabupaten Sleman (Kecamatan Depok dan Kecamatan Mlati). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui berapa jumlah penduduk Kecamatan Depok dan Mlati 10 tahun kedepan, mengetahui pemetaan lokasi kawasan Ruang Terbuka Hijau di Kecamatan Depok dan Mlati.,mengetahui pemetaan dan penentuan TPS3R di Kecamatan Depok dan Mlati menggunakan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG). Tahap penelitian dimulai dari penentuan sampel lokasi TPS dengan parameter jarak terhadap lahan terbangun, jarak terhadap jalan raya dan jarak terhadap sungai. Pemetaan kesesuaian lokasi TPS menggunakan aplikasi SIG. Rekomendasi jenis TPS yang sesuai dengan lokasi pemetaan menggunakan aplikasi SIG. Hasil dari penelitian ini Jumlah penduduk 10 tahun kedepan Kecamatan Depok 130.981 jiwa, Kecamatan Mlati 100.500 jiwa. Lokasi RTH Kecamatan Depok : Jl.Raya Solo-Yogyakarta Km.10, Candok. Lokasi kawasan RTH Kecamatan Mlati : Jl.KRT Pringgodinigrat No.22,24,27, Jl.Sidomulyo, Jl.Cebongan No.15, Gemawang.Lokasi yang direkomendasikan untuk pembangunan TPS di Kabupaten Sleman (Kecamatan Depok dan Kecamatan Mlati) berdasarkan analisis menggunakan Sistem Informasi Geografis ialah; a) Kecamatan Depok : Jl. Gambuh 54-34, Gg. Muria, Jl.Wijaya Kusuma, Jl.Citra Kedaton No.19,Jl. Selokan Mataram,Jl.Melon Mundusaren 12-137, Jl. Matematika 30-32, Jl.Durmo, Manukan, Jl.Affandi, Gejayan, Jl.Waru, Gejayan, Kayen,Jl.Banyu, Manggung, b) Kecamatan Mlati : Jl. Purbaya, Warak Kidul, Jl. Cebongan 1, Jontungan, Jl. Ketingan, Jl.
