ABSTRACT This study delves into various dimensions and their implications concerning work-life balance. It reveals that the management of work-life balance is profoundly influenced by an individual's psychological disposition, particularly in the case of women, making it primarily an attitude-based concern. Consequently, the study concludes that the implementation of work-life balance practices enhances the quality of working women's professional lives. In today's workplace, women hold positions across various categories, and teaching, in particular, is known to encompass both positive and negative experiences related to work-life balance. This paper conducts a comprehensive exploration of work-life balance, emphasizing the significance of balancing work and family life, which presents a growing challenge for both employees and employers.
