A AGENDA 2030 NO JUDICIÁRIO BRASILEIRO E A IMPLEMENTAÇÃO DO ODS 5 COM O PROGRAMA DE LIDERANÇAS FEMININAS DO TJCE Carla Maria Barreto Gonçalves 1 Lisandra Cristina Lopes 2 Resumo: Esta pesquisa analisa como o Poder Judiciário brasileiro tem se modernizado com a incorporação da Agenda 2030 das Nações Unidas, especificamente nas ações de redução da desigualdade de gênero. Sob a ótica desenvolvimentista das Nações Unidas, e os instrumentos nacionais dela decorrentes, se pretende averiguar acertos e imprecisões das medidas de igualdade de gênero no judiciário brasileiro, especificamente na justiça estadual em razão de suas especificidades. Foi escolhido o Programa de Fortalecimento de Lideranças Femininas do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Ceará (TJCE). Espera-se responder à seguinte pergunta: em que medida o Programa de Lideranças Femininas do TJCE se alinha com as prescrições do ODS 5 da Agenda 2030? A presente pesquisa adotou o método hipotético-dedutivo e metodologia de análise bibliográfica e documental. Palavras-chave: Agenda 2030. Poder Judiciário. Igualdade de Gênero. Abstract: This research analyzes how the Brazilian Judiciary has been modernized with the incorporation of the UN 2030 Agenda, specifically in actions that reduce gender inequality. Within the developmental perspective of the United Nations, and the national instruments that result from it, it is intended to verify successes and inaccuracies of gender equality measures in the Brazilian judiciary, more specifically in state justice due to its specificities. The Program for Strengthening Female Leadership of the Court of Justice of the State of Ceará (TJCE) was chosen. It is expected to answer the following question: to what extent does the Female Leadership Program at TJCE aligns with the prescriptions of SDG 5 of the 2030 Agenda?
