e- Jurnal Ilmiah Mahasiswa Sains UNISMA Malang (JIMSUM) Volume.: 1 | No.: 1 |Halaman 28 – 33 | Februari Tahun 2023 JIMSUM Embrio Telur Ayam 28 Histologi Perkembangan Embrio Telur Ayam Kampung pada Masa Inkubasi dari Hari ke nol sampai hari ke tujuh Histological evalution on the development of chicken egg during the incubation period from 0 to 7 th days Ismarotun Misbahul Alim 1 , Wirdatul Fuadiyah 2 , Shiomatul Umi Badria 3 , Reffina Dwi Rohmatul Aini 4 , Nela Vede Rhofa Putri 5 , Faisal 6 , Abdul Chalim 7 Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam,Universitas Islam Malang Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Science University of Islam Malang ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengamati perkembangan embriogenesis pada telur ayam secara histologi dan mengidentifikasi struktur yang terbentuk tanpa menggunakan mikroskop pada waktu 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, dan 7 hari masa inkubasi. Sampel yang digunakan adalah telur fetile yang di dapat dari pengepul ayam. Pengamatan dilakukan pada setiap sampel telur ayam dari umur inkubasi hari ke-0 sampai hari ke-7. Gambaran umum perkembangan telur ayam selaras dengan informasi pada tabel pertumbuhan telur ayam. Secara histologis, perkembangan struktur embrio ayam baru dapat diamati dengan baik pada masa inkubasi hari ke- 2 sampai hari ke-7. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara histologi perkembangan telur ayam baru dapat diamati pada umur ke-2 hari pada masa inkubasi. Kata kunci: Embrio ayam, histologi, inkubasi ABSTRACT The aim of this study was to find out the development of chicken egg histologically at day 0, 1 st , 2 nd , 3 rd , 4 th , 5 th , 6 th , and 7 th of incubation and identify structures formed without using a microscope. The samples used were the fertile eggs obtained from the chicken collector. Observations were made on each sample of chicken eggs day 0 to day 7 th of incubation. Data showed the general description of chicken embryos development similar to the information on the chicken eggs growth the table. Histologically, result showed the structure description of the chicken embryos can be well observed at day 2 nd to the day 7 th of the incubation. It can be seen the development of chicken eggs can be observed by histology method on day 2 nd of incubation.
