Where the words kitchen, well, and mattress are strongly associated with women, but since Emancipation the background has been based on a historical female figure in Indonesia, namely RA. Kartini, the stigma regarding this matter little by little began to be broken. Now women have access to achieve everything they dream of, for example in pursuing a career. Women have a central role in achieving success. Therefore, through this analysis we will highlight what challenges are faced and the strategies used by inspiring women in overcoming these obstacles, and the factors that influence them in advancing their careers. Insights related to this topic are very important to master because apart from increasing knowledge, it can be used as support for society in gender equality, inspiring other women to pursue their career success.
