History Received: 13/09/2022 Accepted: 30/09/2022 After the general examination methods in the diagnosis of lung diseases in dogs, the most used diagnostic method is radiological examination, and the most commonly used radiological examination method is radiography. However, radiography has disadvantages such as superpositions obscuring the diagnosis in imaging the lungs and inability to fully identify pathological structures. Considering these disadvantages, the use of Computed Tomography (CT), which obtains cross-sectional images with current technology and can create 3D images by combining these images, comes to the fore. CT has just begun to be used in the diagnosis of lung diseases in the field of veterinary medicine in our country. However, it is reported in the literature that the standardization of computed tomographic images obtained in lung lesions encountered in animals is not fully established. This review was written to contribute to the evaluation of CT images used in the diagnosis of lung diseases in dogs. Ancak radyografi akciğerlerin görüntülenmesinde süperpozisyonların tanıyı gizlemesi ve patolojik yapıların tam anlamıyla belirlenememesi gibi dezavantajlara sahiptir. Bu dezavantajlar düşünüldüğünde güncel teknoloji ile kesit görüntüler elde eden ve bu görüntülerin birleştirilmesiyle 3 boyutlu görüntüler oluşturabilen Bilgisayarlı Tomografi (BT) kullanımı ön plana çıkmaktadır. BT ülkemizde veteriner hekimliği alanında akciğer hastalıklarının tanısında yeni yeni kullanılmaya başlanmıştır. Ancak hayvanlarda karşılaşılan akciğer lezyonlarında elde edilen bilgisayarlı tomografik görüntülerin standardizasyonu tam anlamıyla oluşturulmadığı literatürlerde bildirilmektedir. Bu derleme köpeklerde akciğer hastalıklarının tanısında kullanılan BT görüntülerinin değerlendirilmesine katkı sağlamak amacıyla yazılmıştır.
