Abstract:-
The mycobacterium w (Mw) has improved outcomes for individuals with severe sepsis by acting as an
immunomodulator. Mw is typically administered intradermally (ID), with a maximum injection volume of 0.1
millilitres (mL). The intradermal approach can be substituted with the intravenous (IV) route. Sepsis is a
potentially fatal infection that is treated with sepsivac. It employs a two-pronged strategy that increases innate
immunity and reduces the body's inflammatory response. Immunity is both inherent and learned in humans. A
person's natural immunity is activated by sepsivac. Traditional vaccinations or acquired immunity function
through antibodies. Comparing Sepsivac to a typical vaccination is not appropriate. It prevents inflammatory
cytokines like IL6 from attacking the organs. Body's intrinsic immunity will kick in if organ damage is contained.
Sepsivac, an immunomodulator used to treat leprosy, has been given the go-ahead to be used in the Philippines
to treat Covid-19. According to a corporate representative, the Food and Drug Administration of the Philippines
approved on September 15.
