Namun sayangnya banyak masyarakat yang belum dapat memahami bagaimana proses tersebut dapat dilakukan sehingga masih jauh dari tujuan untuk memberikan kemudahan dan kepuasan pada masyarakat khususnya di Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisa efektifitas peningkatan layanan pendidikan berbasis IT dari sistem informasi Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) di kota Bekasi menggunakan metode Technology Acceptance Model. Langkah analisa yang dilakukan menggunakan metode ini dengan mengidentifikasi pengaruh pengguna pada faktor persepsi kemudahan, persepsi manfaat, persepsi niat pengguna, dan persepsi sikap pengguna. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi efektifitas pelayanan adalah kemudahan sistem PPDB online, dan faktor ini sangat berpengaruh terhadap sikap pengguna dalam menggunakan sistem PPDB di Kota Bekasi. Tetapi perlu dilakukan peningkatan pada faktor persepsi manfaat terhadap niat pengguna. Kata kunci— Kota Bekasi; PPDB Online; Technology Acceptance Model Abstract The new student enrollment system (PPDB Online) was designed to make it easy for the wider community to register themselves in school, by providing a transparent and accountable process. However, unfortunately, many people do not understand how this process can be carried out so that it is still far from the goal of providing convenience and satisfaction to the community, especially in Bekasi City. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of improving IT-based education services from the Information System for New Student enrollment (PPDB) in Bekasi City using the Technology Acceptance Model method. The analysis step is carried out using this method by identifying the influence of users on perceived convenience factors, perceived benefits, perceived user intentions, and perceptions of user attitudes. The results of this study indicate the most dominant factor affecting service effectiveness is the ease of the online PPDB system, and this factor greatly influences the user's attitude in using the PPDB system in Bekasi City.
