Di Indonesia, peminat dari game online memiliki jumlah yang cukup besar diantaranya adalah game mobile Legend yang saat ini menjadi game terpopuler di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Tinjauan Hukum Islam Tentang Transaksi Jual Beli voucher game (Diamond) Mobile Legends. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer, pengambilan data dengan metode dokumentasi dan wawancara. Terkait sumber data sekunder yang digunakan berupa dokumen-dokumen, buku, catatan dan karya tulis yang relevan dengan tema penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa transaksi jual beli Diamond Mobile Legends sama halnya dengan jual beli Online pada umumnya. Hanya saja yang menjadi objek nya berupa benda maya atau virtual, yaitu mata uang yang dapat digunakan di dalam game Mobile Legends. Dan ditinjau dari hukum islam jual beli ini dianggap sah karena telah memenuhi rukun dan syarat jual beli dan tidak mengandung unsur penipuan. ABSTRACT With more era development, online commerce nowadays does not only cover goods commerce of daily needs, but also transaction of online game voucher commerce one of which is in the form of diamond in Mobile Legends Game. In Indonesia, the enthusiasts of online game have quite big number and Mobile Legends Game becomes the most popular one in Indonesia. This research aimed to find out how was Islamic law review on the commerce of Mobile Legend Game Voucher (diamond). This research employed qualitative research method. The data used were primary data. The techniques of data collection were documentation method and interview. Related to the secondary data sources were documents, books, notes, and papers that were relevant to the research theme. The result of this research showed that the commerce of game voucher (diamond) of Mobile Legends is the same with online commerce in general. Nevertheless the object was virtual good namely currency which can be used in Mobile Legends game. Reviewed from Islamic law, this online commerce is considered legal because it has fulfilled the principles and requirements of commerce and it does not contain fraud.
