Adaileh (2) - 0 # %B0 * .B . * * +& .1* F:G - # 1 B * H +& .1* F!G 4E F:G F!G *$ Project management improvements have tremendous implications for economic performance.firms are facing challenges to improve success rate of their IT projects,this paper focusing on leadership as one of the most important factors for project success, by presented leadership as the art of project management ,and project mismanegement,factors for success and failure, then the important differences between leadership and management, finally present proposed model for project success. ﺍﻝﻤﻠﺨﺹ ﺒﺎﻝﻠﻐﺔ ﺍﻝﻌﺭﺒﻴﺔ ﺃﺤﺩﺜﺕ ﺍﻝﺘﺤﺴﻴﻨﺎﺕ ﺍﻝﺘﻲ ﺠﺭﺕ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺇﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻝﻤﺸﺎﺭﻴﻊ ﺁﺜﺎﺭﺍ ﻫﺎﺌﻠﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻷﺩﺍﺀ ﺍﻻﻗﺘﺼﺎﺩﻱ ﻝﻠﻤﻨﻅﻤﺎﺕ ﺍﻝﻤﻌﺎﺼـﺭﺓ، ﻭﺘﻭﺍﺠـﻪ ﺍﻝﻤﻨﻅﻤﺎﺕ ﻭﻓﻘﺎ ﻝﺫﻝﻙ ﺘﺤﺩﻴﺎﺕ ﻜﺒﻴﺭﺓ ﻝﺘﺤﺴﻴﻥ ﻤﻌﺩﻻﺕ ﻨﺠﺎﺡ ﻤﺸﺎﺭﻴﻌﻬﺎ ﺍﻝﺨﺎﺼﺔ ﺒﺘﻘﻨﻴﺔ ﺍﻝﻤﻌﻠﻭﻤﺎﺕ. ﺘﺴﻌﻰ ﻫﺫﻩ ﺍﻝﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﺇﻝﻰ ﺍﻝﺘﺭﻜﻴﺯ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻤﻔﻬﻭﻡ ﺍﻝﻘﻴﺎﺩﺓ ﺒﺎﻋﺘﺒﺎﺭﻫﺎ ﻭﺍﺤﺩﺓ ﻤﻥ ﺃﻫﻡ ﻋﻭﺍﻤل ﻨﺠﺎﺡ ﺍﻝﻤﺸﺭﻭﻉ، ﺤﻴﺙ ﺘﻅﻬﺭ ﺍﻝﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻝﻘﻴﺎﺩﺓ ﺇﻨﻤﺎ ﻫﻲ ﻓﻥ ﻭﺠﻭﻫﺭ ﻹﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻝﻤﺸﺎﺭﻴﻊ ﺒﻨﺠﺎﺡ، ﻜﻤﺎ ﺘﺘﻀﻤﻥ ﺍﻝﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﺘﺤﺩﻴﺩﺍ ﻷﻫﻡ ﻤﻭﺍﻁﻥ ﺍﻝﻀﻌﻑ ﻭﻤﺴﺒﺒﺎﺕ ﺴﻭﺀ ﺍﻹﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﻝﻠﻤﺸﺭﻭﻉ، ﻭﺘﻌﺭﺽ ﻝﻌﻭﺍﻤل ﻨﺠﺎﺡ ﻭﻓﺸل ﺍﻝ ﻤﺸﺎﺭﻴﻊ، ﻭﺘﻭﻀﻴﺢ ﺍﻻﺨﺘﻼﻓﺎﺕ ﺒﻴﻥ ﺍﻝﻘﻴﺎﺩﺓ ﻭﺍﻹﺩﺍﺭﺓ، ﻭﺘﻘﺘﺭﺡ ﺍﻝﺩﺭﺍﺴـﺔ ﻨﻤﻭﺫﺠﺎ ﻝﻨﺠﺎﺡ ﺍﻝﻤﺸﺎﺭﻴﻊ ﺇﺩﺍﺭﻴﺎ ﻭﻗﻴﺎﺩﻴﺎ.
