Dua hal tersebut sangat penting untuk dilakukan karena tanaman durian sangat membutuhkan tambahan unsur hara melalui pemupukan. Selain itu, kondisi lahan pertanaman durian yang sebagian besar berlereng sehingga konservasi air sangat penting dilakukan. Pelaksanaannya meliputi pre test, transfer teknologi, pembuatan demplot, pendampingan dan pembinaan, serta post test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dari rata-rata 68 menjadi 96. Transfer teknologi meliputi pentingnya pengelolaan unsur hara bagi keberlanjutan produksi durian secara terpadu, konservasi air bagi lingkungan dan tanaman durian, dan kehidupan manusia. Demplot yang dibuat berupa pembuatan biopori di sekitar tanaman durian yang berfungsi untuk pemupukan dan konservasi air. Pendampingan dan pembinaan terus dilakukan, anggota kelompok tani masih menunggu hasil demplot sehingga belum diperoleh peningkatan ketrampilan Kata kunci: durian, kekeringan, pembungaan, biopori ABSTRACT The program aimed to increase the knowledge and skill about nutrient management and water conservation at durian orchard belongs to Tri Mulia Farmer Group located in Pageralang Village, Kemranjen District, Banyumas Regency. Those aspects are very important to carried out because durian plants very need the adding of nutrient by fertilization. Beside that, the majority of land of durian orchard have high slope so water concervation is very needed. Activities were pre test, technology transfer, demplot, consultating, and post test. The results showed that there were the improvement of the knowledge from 68 to 96. Technology transfer were include the importance about nutrient management for sustainability of integrated production increase of durian, water conservation for durian trees, environment, and human life. Demplot of biopore were made to easy the application of fertilizer and water conservation. Consultating and guiding were always carried out because members of farmer group wait the result of demplot.
