PDF Licence Agreement – Gratis copy This is a licence agreement between You and Informa UK Limited trading as Taylor & Francis Group, registered office 5 Howick Place, London SW1P 1WG, United Kingdom (“We”, “Us”, “Our”), by which We will provide you with the PDF file of a work written by you (the “PDF File”) as a gratis copy for your own personal non-commercial use (the “Permitted Purpose”). Your use of the PDF File is subject to the Terms and Conditions below. Please read them carefully. By using the PDF File provided, you are confirming that you have read and accept the Terms and Conditions below. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PDF LICENCE AGREEMENT 1. In providing You with the PDF File, We are granting You with a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable, terminable, non-transferable licence to use the PDF File solely for the Permitted Purpose and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 2. This licence permits you to use the PDF File for your own personal non-commercial use only. It does not permit You to use the PDF File for any other purpose or to share it with others. Prohibited uses include (without limitation): a. Using the PDF File for any commercial purpose; b. Copying or making print outs of the PDF File other than as necessary for fulfilling the Permitted Purpose; c. Using the PDF File as an internal teaching resource within the Institution (for this usage you should direct your request to your university librarian who will source the content from a collective licensing agency); and d. Uploading the PDF File to your Institution's repository or library, or any other repository, library, social networking site, sharing/collaboration platform or website. 3. You must not modify or alter the PDF File without Our prior written permission. 4. By using the PDF File provided, You acknowledge that We own the exclusive publishing rights in the Material and the copyright in the design, layout and typography (even if You retained copyright in your work). As such, We are entitled to take legal action should illegitimate copies of the work be distributed by You or any third party on your behalf, or should you otherwise be in breach of this PDF Licence Agreement. 5.
