Gunung Salju Amban, Manokwari – Papua Barat * leonoraveronica43@gmail.coms ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam polibag menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) Faktorial. Faktor pertama adalah Media tanam (M) dalam polibag yang terdiri atas tiga macam yaitu: media tanam berupa lapisan tanah atas (M 0 ), media tanam berupa tanah dan pupuk kandang kambing dengan perbandingan 2:1 (M 1 ), media tanah dan pupuk kandang ayam dengan perbandingan 2:1 (M 2 ). Faktor kedua adalah pupuk daun (P) yang terdiri tanpa pemberian pupuk daun (P 0 ) dan aplikasi pupuk gandasil D (P 1 ). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan M 0 memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap berat polong pertanaman dan berat berangkasan basah namun tidak memberikan pengaruh nyata pada tinggi tanaman, jumlah cabang, dan umur berbunga. Aplikasi gandasil D memberikan pengaruh tidak nyata pada semua variabel pengamatan. Kombinasi antara jenis media dan gandasil D memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman pada 3 MST pada perlakuan M 2 P 1 , jumlah polong pada perlakuan M 2 P 1 , berat polong pertanaman pada perlakuan M 0 P 1 , M 0 P 0 , dan berat berangkasan basah pada perlakuan M 0 P 0 , M 2 P 1 , M 1 P 0 , namun berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah cabang dan waktu berbunga. Pada variabel pengamatan berat polong dan berat berangkasan basah, pemberian pupuk kandang memberikan respon yang baik ketersediaan unsur hara yang dapat diserap oleh tanaman. Kata kunci: Arachis hypogaea, pupuk kandang, Gandasil D ABSTRACT: This study used a Factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The first factor was planting media (M) which consisted of three categories, namely: topsoil (M 0 ), mixed soil and goat manure with a ratio of 2:1 (M1), soil and chicken manure with a ratio 2:1 (M2). The second factor was foliar fertilizer (P), which consisted of no foliar fertilizer (P 0 ) and application of gandasil D fertilizer (P 1 ). The results showed that the M 0 treatment had a significant effect on the weight of the pods and the fresh weight of the plant, but did not have a significant effect on the plant height, the number of branches and the flowering time. The application of gandasil D has no significant effect on all observed variables. The combination of media type and gandasil D had a significant effect on plant height at 3 WAP in the M 2 P 1 treatment, the number of pods in the M 2 P 1 treatment, the weight of the pods planted in the M0P1, M0P0 treatments, and the fresh pod weight in the M0P0, M2P1, M1P0 treatments, but had no significant effect on plant height, number of branches and flowering time. In the observed variables of pod weight and fresh pod weight, the application of animal manure gave a good response to the availability of nutrients that can be absorbed by plants.
