Education is the main pillar in shaping the future of the younger generation. In the midst of a critical phase of development for junior high school children, motivation plays a central role in encouraging them to achieve success in education and personal development. In this context, this service journal, entitled “Inspiring and Enhancing the Success Motivation of Junior High School Students at SMP Islam Belik,” documents collaborative eforts aimed at increasing student learning motivation at Belik Islam Middle School. The service is carried out using presentations and also watching motivational flms to encourage students to learn. The results of this activity show that Beluk Islamic Middle School students are motivated to continue their education and achieve their dreams.. Keywords: Motivation; Education; Young Generation ABSTRAK. Pendidikan merupakan pilar utama dalam membentuk masa depan generasi muda. Di tengah fase kritis perkembangan anak-anak SMP, motivasi memegang peran sentral dalam mendorong mereka untuk mencapai kesuksesan dalam pendidikan dan pengembangan pribadi. Dalam konteks ini, jurnal pengabdian ini, berjudul “Motivasi Sukses untuk Anak SMP Islam Belik,” mendokumentasikan upaya kolaboratif yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di SMP Islam Belik. Pengabdian dilakukan dengan menggunakan presentasi dan juga menonton flm motivasi semangat belajar kepada Siswa. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukan bahwa Siswa/Siswi SMP Islam Beluk termotivasi untuk melanjutkan Pendidikan dan meraih cita-citanya. Kata kunci: Motivasi; Pendidikan; Generasi Muda INTRODUCTION In the realm of education, motivating students to excel academically and personally is an enduring challenge and a fundamental goal. The formative years of junior high school are a critical juncture in a student’s academic journey, where the seeds of motivation, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning are sown. Recognizing the pivotal role that motivation plays in shaping students’ academic trajectories and overall development, this research delves into an innovative and community-centered approach to inspire and enhance the learning motivation of junior high school students at SMP Islam Belik. Unfortunately according to village head ofce on 2014, the majority of people in Belik Sub District have education at elementary school level. According to interview with the principal of SMP Islam Belik (Dianati, 2023) most of student prefer seeking job or married in young age, and one of the reason is lack of motivation. ( Graham & Weiner, 1996) stated that psychologists and educators have been examining the impact of motivation on students’ accomplishments and the learning process. There is an acknowledgment that students require not only cognitive abilities but also the motivational drive to excel academically (Pintrich & Schunk, 2002). Motivation serves as the catalyst and approach through which an organization compels individuals to engage in specifc behaviors. The pursuit of competence can be seen as eforts to address the needs for stimulation (Tohidi, & Jabbari, 2012). The community service has the primary goal of providing junior high school students at SMP Islam Beluk with direction, purpose, and motivation to pursue their dreams. Additionally, it is hoped that through this community service, the students will develop a willingness to pursue higher education METHOD The implementation method of this community service involves two main components: a PowerPoint presentation and the screening of motivational videos, with junior high school students from SMP Islam Belik as participants. The activity begins with thorough planning, including the identifcation of relevant motivational topics and the determination of the intended goals. The PowerPoint presentation material is carefully prepared, prioritizing clarity and visual appeal to ensure that the motivational messages are efectively conveyed. The selection of suitable motivational videos is crucial, as these videos are expected to inspire and provide strong perspectives to the students. During the implementation, the PowerPoint presentation is used as a means to interactively deliver motivational content. Students are encouraged to
