Indonesia has abundant fisheries resources, including fish, shrimp, shellfish and many other marine species. The fisheries sector is one of the main economic sectors in Indonesia and provides employment for millions of people. Geographically, Labuhan Tangga Hilir Village is located in the northernmost part of Riau Province, which is also the eastern coastal region of Sumatra Island. So that Labuhan Tangga Hilir Village has fisheries and marine resource potential. The potential for fisheries and marine resources consists of capture fisheries potential, cultivation and processing fisheries potential. The problem in the Labuhan Tangga Hilir Village area is that there is still no downstream processing of sea fish caught products. The target partners for this community service activity are the Bintang Mulia Fisheries Fisheries Group and BUMKep Edelweis. The Bintang Mulia Fisheries Fisheries Group and BUMKep Edelweis do not yet have any knowledge regarding the management of Sea Product Processing. Fresh sea fish can be processed into various products, such as fillets, fish steaks, smoked fish, canned fish, processed fish-based products, and so on. The solution to the problem provided is providing training and assistance in the downstream processing of marine fish caught products. The aim of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge of the Bintang Mulia Fisheries Fisheries Group and BUMKep Edelweis to process sea fish products. The methodology for this activity is to use training and mentoring techniques. Based on the results of the evaluation of training and mentoring partner activities, there are improvements in various business sectors and fishermen can themselves maintain the marine ecosystem by taking enough fish into the sea, which in itself will reduce excessive fishing and marine fishing policies will be born automatically from public awareness. maintain the fish ecosystem in the sea. Indonesia memiliki sumber daya perikanan yang melimpah, termasuk ikan, udang, kerang, dan banyak spesies laut lainnya. Sektor perikanan adalah salah satu sektor ekonomi utama di Indonesia dan menyediakan lapangan kerja bagi jutaan orang. Secara geografis Desa Labuhan Tangga Hilir terletak di bagian paling utara dari Propinsi Riau , yang juga merupakan wilayah pesisir timur Pulau Sumatera. Sehingga Desa Labuhan Tangga Hilir memiliki Potensi Sumberdaya perikanan dan kelautan. Potensi sumberdaya perikanan dan kelautan terdiri dari potensi perikanan tangkap, potensi perikanan budidaya dan pengolahan. Permasalahan yang terdapat pada wilayah Desa Labuhan Tangga Hilir yaitu hilirisasi produk hasil tangkap ikan laut masih belum ada.
