The paper introduces the method of analog and digital filters designing. The direct approach to the designing of the approximating polynomial for Bessel low-pass with maximum flat group delay was used. The scheme of Bessel low-pass was implemented for the specified transfer function. The automated system for time, frequency and dynamic filter characteristics measurement was designed in graphic programming environment of LabVIEW 10.
