This revitalization needs to be carried out in line with the government's program to create a prosperous society, based on facts on the ground that the role of community members is not optimal in implementing activities. Regarding this matter, it is necessary to provide training and guidance to revitalize social activities for the community. This Community Service aims to provide training in optimizing social activities to residents of Abadjaya sub-district so they are able to provide special social services for mobilizing cadres. This activity uses participatory action research (PAR) methods by involving community groups. PAR is carried out participatively in community groups with the aim of gaining practical knowledge for better life changes. The results of this service activity are increased knowledge and competence of driving cadres, effectiveness of leadership and pioneering training activities, appropriate technology training, optimization of POSYANDU and PAUD in providing education which is expected to be able to create prosperity for the residents of Abadjaya sub-district. INTRODUCTION Good governance is a follow-up or evolution of government administration from changes in good governance in a form of government. This good governance tends to be more effective and efficient in its processes and objectives so that it is categorized as a good governance process applied in all countries because good governance can balance the harmony of the government with other parties in various sectors to create order in carrying out good governance and clean. In order to build the quality of effective and efficient government performance, time is needed to think about how to achieve unified cooperation so as to increase public trust. For this reason, autonomy and freedom are needed in making decisions about allocating resources, creating clear and measurable service guidelines, budgets, goals and performance targets.
