This type of research is a correlation which aims to determine the relationship between hemoglobin levels and the ability of maximum oxygen volume (VO₂Max). When the research was conducted in November-December 2018. The study population was all IKOR students in 2016. Sampling was carried out using the Non Probability Sampling technique, where the sampling technique did not provide equal opportunities / opportunities for each member of the population. So the number of samples is 29 people. The instrument used to measure hemoglobin levels with the digital method is the easy touch GCHb while (VO₂Max) uses the bleep test method. The data were analyzed using the r uji test. The results of the analysis show that there is a very significant relationship between hemoglobin levels and the ability of maximum oxygen volume where the value of t-count = 11.78> t-table = 1.70 at the significance level α = 0.05 and dk (n-2) = 27. concluded that Ho was rejected and Ha accepted Keywords: hemoglobin level, maximal oxygen volume Abstrak Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah masih rendahnya daya tahan mahasiswa IKOR tahun masuk 2016 dalam melakukan aktivitas fisik yang dimana mahasiwa IKOR tidak luput dari aktivitas fisik dalam perkuliahan. penelitian ini bersifat Korelasi bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kadar hemoglobin dengan kemampuan volume oksigen maksimal (VO₂Max). waktu penelitian dilaksanakan bulan November-Desember 2018. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswa IKOR tahun masuk 2016. Penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik Non Probability Sampling, dimana teknik pengambilan sampel yang tidak memberi peluang/kesempatan sama bagi setiap anggota populasi. Jadi jumlah sampel 29 orang. Instrument yang digunakan untuk mengukur kadar hemoglobin dengan metode digital yaitu easy touch GCHb sedangkan (VO₂Max) dengan menggunakan metode bleep test. Data di analisis dengan menggunaka uji rᵪᵧ. analisis yaitu terdapat hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara kadar hemoglobin dengan kemampuan volume oksigen maksimal dimana diperoleh harga t-hitung = 11,78 > t-tabel = 1.70 pada taraf signifikansi α = 0.05 dan dk (n-2) = 27. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima Kata kunci: kadar hemoglobin, volume oksigen maksimal
