The first Covid-19 virus entered Indonesia in March 2020 which became a problem for the Indonesian people. WHO stated so that countries in the world increase vigilance in preventing and dealing with Covid-19. The Covid-19 disease can not only be detrimental in terms of public health but also has an impact on the Indonesian economy. To prevent the spread of Covid-19 there are various efforts made, one of which is the Covid-19 vaccination. The delivery of Covid-19 vaccinations to the public has been slow due to the public's response to vaccination that vaccination can cause illness or even death even though the vaccination can increase the community's immunity. This study aims to determine the public’s perception of the Covid-19 vaccination in pulo brayan village, Medan. The type of research used in this research is descriptive. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The population in this study were all people who had not been vaccinated with a population of 3,425 people in Pulo Brayan Village, Medan Barat District from Neighborhoods 1-4. The sampel in this study were 97 people who had not been vaccinated from neighborhoods 1-4. This research instrument uses a public perception questionnaire about Covid-19 vaccination in the form of a statement using a Likert Scale. The results of the study showed that the public’s perception of Covid-19 vaccination was more positive, as many as 59 people (60.8%) and negative as many as 38 people (39.2%). It is hoped that the public can increase knowledge about Covid-19 vaccination through social media. Keywords: Public, Perception, Covid-19 Vaccination, Medan ABSTRAK Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) merupakan penyakit menular yang menyerang saluran pernafasan dan menyebar ke berbagai benua dan negara yang disebut sebagai pandemi.Virus Covid-19 pertama masuk ke indonesia pada bulan Maret 2020 yang menjadi masalah terhadap masyarakat Indonesia.WHO menyatakan agar negara didunia meningkatkan kewaspadaan dalam mencegah maupun menangani Covid-19. Penyakit Covid-19 tidak hanya dapat merugikan dari segi kesehatan masyarakat tetapi juga berdampak bagi perekonomian masyarakat Indonesia. Untuk mencegah penularan Covid-19 ada berbagai upaya yang dilakukan salah satunya adalah vaksinasi Covid-19. Pemberian vaksinasi Covid-19 kepada masyarakat berjalan lambat karena tanggapan masyarakat mengenai vaksinasi bahwa vaksinasi itu dapat menimbulkan penyakit atau bahkan kematian padahal vaksinasi tersebut dapat meningkatkan kekebalan tubuh masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat tentang vaksinasi Covid-19 di Kelurahan Pulo Brayan Medan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah Purposive Sample. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat yang belum divaksinasi dengan jumlah penduduk di Kelurahan Pulo Brayan
