Thesis. The Influence of Motivation and Organizational Commitment on Job Satisfaction at PT Mitra Dwinur Konstruksi Ujung's viewpoint is guided by Arifuddin Mane and Rafiuddin. The results showed that motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT Mitra Dwinur Konstruksi. Evidenced by looking at t count 2.581> t table 1.675 and a significance of 0.013 <0.05, Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT Mitra Dwinur Konstruksi. Evidenced by looking at t count 2.138> t table 1.675 and a significance value of 0.038 <0.05, the dominant variable that affects job satisfaction is variable X1 or motivation. By looking at the highest t value and Motivation and Organizational Commitment simultaneously affect job satisfaction at PT Mitra Dwinur Konstruksi.
