Received: 01.24.2021 Accepted: 03.17.2021 Abstract In order for educational activities to achieve their goals, schools must have a strong culture. In a culture where high performance is important, success comes with it. School culture is an important factor in the preference of the school by the teachers and students. Hidden assumptions, values, norms, stories and tales, and ceremonies are fundamental elements of school culture. It is important to determine teachers' perceptions of school culture, who have an important responsibility in creating school culture. With this study, it was tried to examine teachers' perceptions of school culture in their schools and these perceptions in terms of various variables. General scanning model was applied in the study. The study group consists of 143 teachers, 81 women and 62 men, working in the town of Boyabat in Sinop province. Research data were collected using the school culture scale form. According to the results of the study, teachers' perception of school culture is high, this perception; It was concluded that there was no significant difference according to the variables of gender, level of duty, duration of service at the school they were in, and that there was a significant difference according to the educational level variable.
