The application is the Village Financial System (Sisekudes) application developed by the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) to realize clean village financial management. However, in the implementation of Siskeudes in Cibuntu village, there were several problems that occurred. Therefore, researchers are interested in conducting research on the implementation of Siskeudes in managing village fund allocations in Cibuntu Village, Cibitung District. The research method used is a qualitative method with a qualitative approach because the researcher needs to go directly to the field with the object of research so that the data collection techniques used by the researcher are interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that in terms of the implementation of the village financial system, the content of the policy has been well implemented, but there are still some problems, such as the unstable internet network in Cibuntu Village which has resulted in the Siskeudes application being unable to be used. In order for the implementation of siskeudes to run well, the government must collaborate with the private sector to improve the quality of the internet network in Cibuntu Village. INTRODUCTION Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages explains the implementation of autonomy for villages by providing flexibility for villages to regulate and manage their own affairs of government and the interests of the local community. In connection with this Law, in the administration of village government funds are required which must be issued by the government from the APBN in order to realize the smooth running of village government. Village finances start from general provisions, sources of income, Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDesa) and their management, to the formation of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes).
