The modeling of these proteins using the online SWISS-MODEL server allowed appreciating the regions conserved in 17 proteins through the presence of secondary structures such as α-helices and β-sheets, however, three of them did not show structural similarity with the rest of proteins. Further studies need to be undertaken on the composition of the amino acids of the active site and on the signal peptide region, as well as carrying out a protein phylogenetic analysis with greater similarity.
