Pembinaan Akhlak Melalui Pendekatan Behavior

Abstract: Schools are centers of change; both changes
in thought and changes in behavior. One of the main
factors in preserving Islamic life is the inclusion of
Islamic values in the education system. The inclusion
of a behavioristic approach in educational programs
is deemed necessary to help foster students' morals
so that they are better at learning and their
personalities. Including the moral development of
students. The behavior approach has various
techniques for dealing with problems such as token
economy, overcorrection and so on. As an approach
that has been widely used, of course, the behavioral
counseling approach provides many advantages to
the counselee or client being treated, so the
advantages of this approach need not be doubted.
However, several studies suggest that the behavioral
counseling approach is not without its drawbacks.
Like two sides of a knife, on the one hand it can help
someone's work, but it can also hurt the person who
uses it. This study uses a qualitative approach
research methodology, namely research procedures
that produce descriptive data in the form of written
or spoken words from people and observed
behavior. While the data collection techniques in this
study include interviews, observation and
documentation.
