World Healt Organization (WHO) menjelaskan Coronaviruses (Cov) atau Covid-19 merupakan virus yang menyerang saluran pernafasan. Virus ini pertama kali muncul di Wuhan,China dan telah menyebar ke 190 negara lebih sehingga pada 12 Maret 2020, WHO mengumumkan COVID-19 sebagai pandemi. Indonesia menjadi salah satu negara yang terdampak oleh penyebaran Covid-19. Pandemi Covid-19 secara perlahan akan menggiring Indonesia pada potensi krisis di sejumlah lini strategis sehingga tidak menutup kemungkinan akan membawa Indonesia pada krisis ekonomi. Oleh karena itu banyak negara-negara di seluruh dunia menyiapkan kesiapsiagaannya terhadap dampak yang ditimbulkan pandemi Covid-19 pada perekonomian nasional. Menurut (Modjo, 2020) Sebagai negara terbuka, perekonomian Indonesia tidak kebal terhadap gejolak dunia yang diakibatkan pandemi Covid-19. Sejalan dengan pernyataan tersebut, menurut Muhyiddin (2020:245) kondisi ekonomi Indonesia pada tahun 2020 mengalami pelambatan pertumbuhan ekonomi akibat dari pandemi ini sehingga berakibat pada kondisi perekonomian Indonesia lebih terpuruk.Kemudian, pada tataran ekonomi global, pamdemi Covid-19 berdampak signifikan terhadap perekonomian domestik negara-negara dan keberadaan UMKM. At the economic level, one of the sectors that has been affected is micro enterprises, resulting in a decline in the welfare of business actors and the threat of bankruptcy. Therefore, actors are needed to solve these problems, one of which is the Micro Business Office. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the Industry and Trade Micro Business Cooperative Service in handling the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on Micro Enterprises in Gresik Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data obtained through interviews, observation, documentation and literature study. The data analysis technique used in this study was interactive with the stages of data collection, data condensation, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results show that the role of the Koperindag Office has carried out its role well in handling the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on Micro Enterprises in Gresik Regency.
