Previous research or relevant research serves to strengthen the theory and phenomena of the relationship or influence between variables. This article reviews the factors that influence the performance of accounting information systems, namely the participation of users of accounting information systems, the ability of users of accounting information systems, organizational size, and educational training programs from a study of accounting information systems literature. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis on the influence between variables to be used in further research. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Participation of users of accounting information systems affects the performance of accounting information systems; 2) The ability of users of accounting information systems affects the performance of accounting information systems; 3) Organizational size affects the performance of accounting information systems and 4) Educational training programs affect the performance of accounting information systems Keyword: Performance of accounting information systems, participation of users of accounting information sysems, capabilities of users of accounting information systems, organizational size and educational training programs Abstrak Sistem informasi akuntansi sangat penting dalam lembaga guna menunjang kelancaran kinerja lembaga, menilai kinerja suatu lembaga diperlukan laporan keuangan yang baik dan lengkap, oleh karena itu diperlukan juga sebuah sistem informasi akuntansi yang didukung oleh teknologi informasi yang terkomputerisasi. Riset terdahulu atau riset yang relevan berfungsi untuk memperkuat teori dan penomena hubungan atau pengaruh antar variable. Artikel ini mereview faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi, yaitu Partisipasi pemakai sistem informasi akuntansi, Kemampuan pemakai sistem informasi akuntans, Ukuran organisasi, dan Program pelatihan pendidikan suatu studi literature sistem informasi akuntansi. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini guna membangun hipotesis pengaruh antar variabel untuk digunakan pada riset selanjutnya. Hasil artikel literature review ini adalah: 1) Partisipasi pemakai sistem informasi akuntansi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi; 2) Kemampuan pemakai sistem informasi akuntansi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi; 3) Ukuran organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi dan 4) Program pelatihan pendidikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi.
