HUBUNGAN KEPATUHAN ORANG TUA TERHADAP PROTOKOL KESEHATAN DENGAN STATUS KESEHATAN PADA BALITA Susmini 1 , Ika Cahyaningrum 2 1,2 Universitas Tribhuwana Tunggadewi Jalan Telaga Warna, Tlogomas, Malang Email: flowerensia29@gmail.com ABSTRACT The Covid-19 pandemic that has been going on since the beginning of 2019, has resulted in many changes in almost all habit orders, including in terms of health. Compliance in implementing the Health Protocol is very important to do to stop the pandemic. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between parental adherence to health protocols and the health status of children under five. The design of this study used a descriptive correlation with a cross sectional approach. The number of samples of 30 people with the sampling technique is total sampling, this research was conducted at the independent nurse clinic in Sukodadi Village, Wagir District. Based on the Spearmen statistical test, the results were <0.05 (0.000), with a Correlation Coefficient value of 0.641, meaning that there was a strong relationship between the level of parental compliance with health protocols and the health status of toddlers. Nurses as educators hope that they can provide education about the importance of implementing health protocols as an effort to control and prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus. Keywords: Compliance, Health Protocols, Health status of toddlers ABSTRAK Pandemi Covid-19 yang berlangsung sejak awal 2019, mengakibatkan banyak perubahan hampir semua tatanan kebiasaan di antaranya dalam hal kesehatan. Kepatuhan dalam melaksanakan Protokol Kesehatan menjadi sangat penting di lakukan untuk menghentikan pandemi tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan kepatuhan orang tua terhadap protokol kesehatan dengan status kesehatan pada balita. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif korelatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel 30 orang dengan tehnik pengambilan sampling adalah total sampling, penelitian ini di lakukan di klinik mandiri perawat Desa Sukodadi Kecamatan Wagir. Berdasarkan uji statistik Spearmen didapatkan hasil nilai α <0,05 (0.000), dengan nilai Correlation Coefficient 0. 641 artinya ada hubungan kuat antara tingkat kepatuhan orang tua terhadap protokol kesehatan dengan status kesehatan pada balita. Bagi perawat sebagai educator harapannya dapat memberikan edukasi tentang pentingnya penerapan protokol kesehatan sebagai upaya pengendalian dan pencegahan penyebaran virus Covid-19.
