This research is empirical juridical. Data analysis in this study used descriptive analysis. The results of this study are: 1) The stages of implementing the Village Head election using the E-Votting in Ranggo Village, Limun District consisting of the stages of preparation, nomination, voting and determination are good and in accordance with Regional Regulation Number 10 of 2015 concerning Village Administration which has undergone a change to the Sarolangun Regency Regional Regulation Number 7 of 2017. 2) The implementation of the Village Head election using the E-Votting in Ranggo Village, Limun District, Sarolangun Regency has gone well and the community participates in the implementation of the Village Head Election using the e-votting. In addition, the community in Ranggo Village does not object to the implementation of the Pilkades using the e-votting system, and the implementation is also going well and the involvement of the community in the implementation of the Pilkades using the e-voting is quite high.
