Rustiana, Harry Pramono Program Studi Pendidikan Olahraga, Program Pascasarjana, Universitas Negeri Semarang Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola dan jenis perilaku agresif, penyebab tindakan perilaku agresi, peran dan tujuan supporter, pemahaman suporter tentang arti fanatisme, dan dampak perilaku agresif yang ditimbulkan. Subyek penelitian adalah suporter Sriwijaya Mania, Singa Mania, dan Simanis Ultras pendukung Sriwijaya FC Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif interaktif naturalistik. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini: 1) Agresivitas masing-masing suporter dilakukan secara kolektif dan berupa agresi fisik dan agresi verbal, 2) Penyebab sering terjadinya perilaku agresif dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal (tingkat emosional, fanatisme, dan insting) dan faktor eksternal (Situasional, provokasi, kolektivitas kelompok), 3) Peranan Suporter Sriwijaya Mania, Singa Mania, dan Simanis Ultras adalah terfokus pada dukungan sepenuhnya terhadap klub Sriwijaya FC 4) Fanatisme yang dibangun oleh suporter muncul karena adanya tim Sriwijaya FC yang menjadi kebangggan yang sudah mendarah daging bagi para anggota suporter, 5) Dampak perilaku agresif yang ditimbulkan masing-masing suporter terhadap masyarakat berupa dampak negatif (psikologis, dan sasaran penyerangan) dan bagi klub Sriwijaya FC berdampak negatif berupa penurunan jumlah pemasukan dari tiket dan sanksi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Agresivitas masing-masing suporter dilakukan secara kolektif dan berupa agresi fisik dan agresi verbal yang bisa berdampak negatif bagi klub Sriwijaya FC. Abstract This research aims to find out the cause of aggressive behavior, behavior actions supporting the aggression, how the role and purpose of supporters understand the sense of fanaticism, knowing the impact of aggressive behavior by supporters of the Club Sriwijaya FC Palembang. This research used the qualitative approach is naturalistic. Data collection techniques: observation, interviews, documentation. Research results: 1) the aggressiveness of their respective supporters carried out collectively and in the form of physical aggression and verbal aggression 2) onset of aggressive behavior influenced by internal factors (emotional level, fanaticism, and instinct) and external factors (evidence, provocation, kolektivitas groups), 3) a supporting role focused on support for the Club Sriwijaya FC 4) fanaticism built supporters showed up because the team Sriwijaya FC became the pride of the embedded for supporting members, 5) the impact of aggressive behavior brought their respective supporters in the community in the form of a negative impact (psychological, and targeted attacks) and for the Club Sriwijaya FC adversely affecting the decrease in the amount of revenue the Club.
