The certificate is divided into 9 levels; levels 1 to 3 (Operator), levels 4 to 6 (Technician or Analyst) and levels 7 to 9 (Expert). The purpose of this research is to identify the factors and to find out the dominant factors and to influence the certified work force on the success of construction projects. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, descriptive, correlation and multiple linear regression analysis using SmartPLS software version 3.0, (SPSS) version 26. There were 36 samplesof respondents and the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. From the results of the validity test, it was obtained that 5 valid variables. From the results of the reliability test all the variables are reliable. Descriptive analysis obtained the highest mean value at X3 (Knowledge) of 4.472 that knowledge greatly influences the success of construction projects. The correlation results obtained the highest value at X4 (Work Environment) of 0.659 with a strong correlation with a positive relationship (+), the higher the work environment, the higher the success of construction project, so it is very influential on the success of construction projects. Y=9,713+0,087X 1 +0,512X 2 +0,570X 3 +0,597X 4 -0,222X 5 ; The constant is 9.713 which means that if (X 1 ), (X 2 ), (X 3 ), (X 4 ), (X 5 ) the value is 0, then the success of the construction project (Y) is 9.713. Discipline (X 1 ), the success of construction projects will increase by 8.7%. Training (X 2 ), it will experience an increase of 51.2%. Knowledge (X 3 ), then an increase of 57.0%. work environment (X 4 ), it will experience an increase of 59.7%. Motivation (X 5 ), the success of construction projects will decrease by 22.2%. Keywords: Construction Project Success; Construction Work Competency Certificate (Skk-K); Work Force Abstrak Sertifikat Kompetensi Kerja-Konstruksi (SKK-K) menjadi salah satu parameter yang dibutuhkan oleh seorang tenaga kerja pada kegiatan konstruksi. Sertifikat terbagi menjadi 9 jenjang; jenjang 1 sampai dengan 3 (Operator), jenjang 4 sampai dengan 6 (Teknisi atau Analis) dan jenjang 7 sampai dengan 9 (Ahli). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor dan untuk mengetahui faktor dominan serta untuk mempengaruhi tenaga kerja bersertifikasi terhadap kesuksesan proyek konstruksi. Analisis data yang digunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, deskriptif, korelasi dan analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 3.0, (SPSS) versi 26. Responden berjumlah 36 sampel dan teknik sampling yang digunakan digunakan purposive sampling. Dari hasil uji validitas diperoleh ke 5 variabel valid. Dari hasil uji reliabilitas semua variabelnya reliabel. Analisis deskriptif diperoleh nilai mean tertinggi pada X3 (Pengetahuan) sebesar 4,472 bahwasannya pengetahuan sangat berpengaruh terhadap kesuksesan proyek konstruksi. Hasil korelasi diperoleh nilai tertinggi pada X4 (Lingkungan Kerja) sebesar 0,659 dengan korelasi kuat dengan bentuk hubungannya positif (+), 7
