It is the tangible or intangible product, service, or outcome that a project team creates and delivers to the project sponsor or client. The project terminal serves as the basis for assessing project success and provides a means of measuring whether the project goals and objectives have been achieved. The importance of developing a clear and concise project terminal cannot be overstated as it guides the project team in their activities and helps to ensure that the project is completed within budget, on time, and to the satisfaction of the stakeholders.
