Street, Tembalang, Semarang ABSTRACT TSP (dust) constitute one of major class of air polution. Particulates have a variety of shapes and size, and can be emitted from many different sources such as natural emissions or human activity like using of motor vehicle. This day many building like offices or department stores had been founded using basement parking for efficiency of space and time. Mall X Semarang is one of the biggest department store in Semarang and has a basement parking, numbers of motor vehicle enter this parking site in a day emitted dust (TSP) which is can irritate the health both employee and customer of Mall X. Thus research was aiming at finding out and analysing amount of dust concentration (TSP) on either basement or upper ground of Mall X, and analysing the risk from related pollutant for the employee of Mall X Semarang. This research consist of identification dust concentration, compares concentration between basement parking and upper ground parking, and analyze questionnaire statistic test to find out the affect of employee. The highest concentration was founded on basement parking is 323.351 μg/Nm 3 and it means this concentration exceeds to air standart that maximal concentration for 230 μg/Nm 3 . Seiiring dengan perkembangan jaman, makin tinggi populasi maka mobilitas serta tingkat konsumsi juga ikut meningkat serta kebutuhan lahan juga ikut meningkat, namun hal ini tidak didukung ketersediaan lahan itu sendiri.
