The study adopted a cross sectional, quantitative survey design. The study sample comprised of 86 health projects. The data collected was edited for incompleteness and inconsistencies and analyzed using Pearson’s correlation coefficient and regression analysis. Findings showed that there is a significant positive relationship between Stakeholder Participation and Stakeholder Commitment and that the independent dimensions of stakeholder participation, that is, consultation, Decision Making, and Role participation, have a significant positive relationship with Stakeholder Commitment.
