Focusing on financial technology regulation is a crucial aspect in creating a stable and innovative capital market environment. This article analyzes the impact of changes in capital market laws on investment in the context of financial technology regulations. First of all, this article highlights the dynamics of digital transformation in the capital market ecosystem and how this affects investment patterns. With changes in financial technology, regulatory adaptations are needed to facilitate balanced economic growth while protecting investors from risks that may arise. Next, this article discusses the legal changes needed to accommodate financial technology innovations, such as blockchain, crowdfunding, and other fintech. Flexible and responsive regulations are crucial in maintaining equal market access for investors, promoting transparency, and managing risks arising from technological developments. Finally, an in-depth analysis is carried out on the impact of these legal changes on investment strategies. Investments in digital assets, new markets generated by financial technology, and the role of regulators in facilitating sustainable investment are the main highlights of this article. By exploring the interaction between legal changes, financial technology and investment, this article seeks to provide a holistic view of how capital market regulations in the digital era influence investment decisions and create a climate conducive to sustainable economic growth.
