Aim The segmentation and paleoseismicity of the SUFZ is the main purpose of this study. Location Sancak-Uzunpazar Fault Zone is located Karakocan (Elazığ) in southwest and Kaynarpınar (Bingöl) in northeast. Methods In this study, field studies, aerial photographs and paleoseismological methods were applied. Results It has been concluded that SUFZ produce distributed deformation on its sub parallel segments .
