DINAMICIDADE DO SISTEMA TECNOLOGICO DE INOVAÇÃO E OS ATRIBUTOS DA TRANSAÇÃO EM ALIANÇAS ESTRATÉGICAS CONTRATUAIS. Para testar o modelo procedeu a análise da modelagem de equações estruturais resolvida pelo método Partial Least Squares, utilizando-se dados primários e secundários. Os resultados mostram que a dinamicidade do STI não é suficiente, por si só, para alterar a natureza dos atributos incerteza e especificidade dos ativos envolvidos nas transações mas consegue influenciar positivamente a freqüência das transações. O trabalho apresenta implicações teóricas, metodológicas e para praticas gerenciais. Palavras-Chave: Biotecnologia, Inovação, Transação Abstract This research aimed to explore the relationship between the STI of biotechnology, considered at the regional level, and the attributes of transaction of alliances. For testing the model, analysis was conducted using the structural equation modeling technique solved by the method Partial Least Squares, utilizing primary and secondary data. The results confirmed the relations, however it seems that the dynamics of STI is not sufficient, by itself, to change the nature of the attribute uncertainty and the asset specificity involved in transactions.
