Volume 5 Nomor 2,Oktober Tahun 2021 | 136 Kinerja dan Biaya Produksi Agroindustri Klanting di Desa Gantimulyo Kecamatan Pekalongan Kabupaten Lampung Timur Performance and Production Cost of Klanting Agroindustry in Gantimulyo Village Pekalongan Subdistrict East Lampung Putu Shabna Dewi 1* , Ktut Murniati 1 , dan Maya Riantini 1 1) Jurusan Agribisnis/ Universitas Lampung E-mail : putushabnadewi07@gmail.com ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze the raw material procurement process with the six right concepts (time, place, type, price, quality, and quantity), production performance and production costs of the Klanting agro-industry in Gantimulyo Village, Pekalongan District, East Lampung Regency. The research method used was case study. This research was conducted in three Klanting agro-industries in Pekalongan District. The research locations were chosen purposely considering that Gantimulyo Village is the center of Klanting production in East Lampung Regency. The respondents of this research were the owners and consumers of the agro-industry. Data collection was conducted from January to February 2020. The analytical methods used were descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that the procurement of raw materials in the Klanting agro-industry was not appropriate. Klanting agro-industrial production performance in Gantimulyo Village has not been said to be good because two of the five production performance indicators, namely the indicators of capacity and flexibility, have not been optimally implemented by the three klanting industries. Klanting production costs in the Klanting agro-industry were below the selling price. This means that the klanting agro-industry in Gantimulyo Village was profitable. Key words: agroindustry, klanting, production cost, production performance Disubmit :18 Juni 2021 Diterima: 20 Oktober 2021, Disetujui : 29 Oktober 2021 PENDAHULUAN Sektor industri merupakan komponen utama dalam pembangunan ekonomi nasional adalah sektor industri. Agroindustri merupakan bagian dari sektor industri pertanian. Agroindustri merupakan kegiatan pengolahan yang menggunakan hasil pertanian sebagai bahan baku untuk menghasilkan suatu produk, yang kemudian produk tersebut dijadikan sebagai sarana atau input dalam usaha pertanian. Berdasarkan data Badan Pusat Statistika Provinsi Lampung Tahun 2018, industri pengolahan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 19,44 persen terhadap peningkatan Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB). Terjadi peningkatan kontribusi industri pengolahan dari tahun-tahun sebelumnya. Tahun 2016 industri pengolahan berkontribusi sebesar 18,70 persen dan tahun 2017 berkontribusi sebesar 19,02 persen.
