The CZTS film was deposited on glass slide by dip-coating technique. The precursor solution was prepared by dissolved Copper chloride, Zinc chloride, Tin chloride, and Thiourea in 2-methoxyethanol and drop mono-ethanolamine as stabilizer. The CZTS was dried at 473 K and annealed at 573 K, and 673 K. The formation of crystal structures showed kesterite tetragonal structure in (112), (220), (312), (200), and (322) plans, and corresponding to PDF card number 00-026-0575. It was found that, the crystallite size and thickness are decreased, while lattice strain and Seebeck coefficients were increased with increasing annealed temperature, respectively. The Seebeck coefficient can optimized by observation temperature range of 573 and 673 K. © 2017 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved. Selection and/or Peer-review under responsibility of SACT 2016. Keywords: CZTS; sol-gel, dip-coating; thin-film; thermoelectric 1. Introduction The CZTS is an interesting materials for development to the thermoelectric due to the its a p-type semiconductors with the band gap around 1.5 1.6 eV [1]. Its commonly used as a absorber layer of thin film solar cell as well as it possibility to development the thermoelectric film. Besides, the sol-gel process is the basically method to prepare the film and strong candidate for CZTS film [2]. Reclently, Chen et al. [3] reported the interesting of the thermoelectric * Corresponding author. Tel.: +66-0-4274-4319; fax: +66-0-4274-4319 E-mail address: t_seetawan@snru.ac.th
