Penerapan konsep smart city yang sarat dengan teknologi pengolahan data yang kompleks menuntut kesiapan pemerintah dan warga kota untuk saling bersinergi mendukung konsep kota pintar. Keberhasilan penerapan konsep ini tidaklah dengan ketergantungan hanya pada teknologi sehingga mengabaikan nilai- nilai kearifan lokal yang hidup dalam masyarakat. Sinergi dari teknologi dan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal akan berdampak positif bagi keberlangsungan kota. Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan bentuk sinergi penerapan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dalam rangka mewujudkan konsep Islamic Smart City di Kota Banda Aceh. Peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dalam mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data terkait implementasi konsep smart city di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep smart city secara umum memberikan dampak yang positif bagi pemerintah dan masyarakat. Konsep smart city belum seutuhnya berhasil diwujudkan oleh pemerintah kota di Indonesia namun penyempurnaannya terus dilakukan secara bertahap. Demikian pula Kota Banda Aceh, yang keberhasilannya perlu dukungan berbagai pihak dalam menerapkan sinergi teknologi dan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal islami untuk mewujudkan Banda Aceh sebagai islamic smart city. Kata Kunci : Banda Aceh, Local Wisdom, Kota Pintar ABSTRACT Several cities in Indonesia, including Banda Aceh City, have started implementing the smart city concept as an alternative solution to various city problems. The application of the smart city concept which is loaded with complex data processing technology requires the readiness of the government and city residents to work together to support the smart city concept. The successful application of this concept is not only dependent on technology so that it ignores the values of local wisdom that live in society. The synergy of technology and local wisdom values will have a positive impact on the sustainability of the city. For this reason, this study aims to identify and describe the form of synergy in the application of local wisdom values in order to realize the concept of islamic smart city in Banda Aceh City. The researcher uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach in collecting and analyzing data related to the implementation of the smart city concept in Indonesia. The results show that the smart city concept in general has a positive impact on the government and society. The smart city concept has not yet been fully realized by the city government in Indonesia, but the refinement continues to be carried out in stages. Likewise, Banda Aceh City, whose success requires the support of various parties in implementing technological synergies and the values of Islamic local wisdom to realize Banda Aceh as an Islamic smart city.
