Abstract: One issue that any nation frequently encounters during the growth process is
poverty. Basically, the more poverty a country experiences, the more likely it is that its
own growth will be hampered. As a result, the government frequently runs initiatives to
address the issue of poverty. The Joint Business Group (KUBE) is one of the government
initiatives designed to end poverty. KUBE is an organization made up of a number of
individuals who are considered to be poor. Its mission is to carry out Productive Economic
Enterprises (UEP), which will be accompanied by individuals who have been selected or
assigned, in order to increase revenue and improve the social welfare of the community.
This study was carried out in the Banyuwangi Regency hamlet of Purwoagung
Tegaldlimo. Researchers employ six indications in the evaluation process: effectiveness,
efficiency, sufficiency, feeling, responsiveness, and correctness. A case study using a
qualitative approach is the technique employed. The implementation of the KUBE
support program in Purwoagung Tegaldlimo village, Banyuwangi Regency, cannot be
said to have been effective, according to the fieldwork findings of the researchers. Only
three of the six measures used—efficiency, sufficiency, and leveling—were fulfilled. In
the meanwhile, there are 5 steps in the implementation process: selection, verification,
checking, distribution, and monitoring. In the Banyuwangi Regency village of
Purwoagung Tegaldlimo, mentorship, product promotion, COVID-19, and member
commitment are the barriers to the growth of the KUBE aid program.
