Achieving SDG's goals regarding providing sustainable clean water and sanitation requires hard work. The government has prepared several water infrastructure programs to meet the community's need for clean water, such as the construction of a well in Timoho Timur III, Semarang City. The purpose of this study was to determine the sustainability of a community-based clean water supply system and the aspects that affect the sustainability of the system. The data collection method used in this study consisted of primary data using qualitative methods in the form of interviews and observations as well as laboratory tests related to water quality. The results showed that the community-based clean water supply system on Timoho Timur III RT 4 / RW 3 has an outstanding level of social, economic, environmental, cultural, and technical sustainability Keywords: Clean Water Supply System, Sustainability, Community Abstrak Kebutuhan air akan bertambah sejalan dengan pertumbuhan penduduk. Pencapaian tujuan SDG’s terkait penyediaan air bersih dan sanitasi berkelanjutan membutuhkan upaya yang keras. Pemerintah telah menyiapkan beberapa program infrastruktur air untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air bersih masyarakat, seperti pembangunan sumur di Timoho Timur III, Kota Semarang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keberlanjutan sistem penyediaan air bersih berbasis masyarakat dan aspek-aspek yang mempengaruhi keberlanjutan sistem tersebut. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif berupa wawancara dan observasi serta uji laboratorium yang berkaitan dengan kualitas air. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem penyediaan air bersih berbasis masyarakat di Jalan Timoho Timur III RT 4 / RW 3 memiliki tingkat keberlanjutan yang sangat baik ditinjau dari aspek sosial, aspek ekonomi, aspek lingkungan, aspek budaya, dan aspek teknis.
